Melissa Courtney McCleese is the Office Administrator for Courtney Elder Law Associates and is also the daughter of Richard Courtney. Melissa was born into the special needs world when her twin sister, Melanie, was born with Cerebral Palsy. Working with special needs truly is a family affair! Melissa studied at both Mississippi College and University of London in Mass Media and Broadcast Journalism and worked in insurance and travel administration before coming on board with the law firm.  Melissa is married to Wes McCleese and has two boys. They are active members of First Baptist Church of Jackson and enjoy all kinds of outdoor adventures together.
